-The rest of our group is lazy
-Rory, Catkin, Gowyn, Sheep the goat the mimic (who looks like a different goat now) set off for Acacia town!

-Rory wakes up early
-Gowyn wakes up at a reasonable time
-Catkin is honk shoo mi mi mi. Gowyn can’t wake him with cold magic, Rory can’t rouse him physically

-Travel Phase!
-Navigator: Gowyn
-Hunter(s): Rory
-Lookout(s): Catkin

-We move!
-Our lookout is asleep so Rory gives it a go
-At a junction, we turn east
-The path is windy and twisty, and we find ourselves in a gorge
-And there are alpacas in the way
-(If only they were alpacas-)
-Catkin is slowly waking up
-Gowyn creates a shadow monster illusion to spook the llamas
-They run directly at us
-Catkin BAAAs at them, and they turn tail
-Catkin is put down, and Naomi arrives

-We… try to move
-There is a pulsating black blob in the way… pulsating? Breathing?
-Rory walks right at it… he thinks it’s a rock
-Ah. The blob is actually a bear
-Gowyn casts dark fog on Rory, to hide him from the bear
-Rory backs away from
-Gowyn sees Sheep climb and tries to Dim Whip up the wall. He slides back down
-Rory climbs aggressively. Catkin uses the handholds he leaves.
-Naomi just. Flies.
-Gowyn blinds the bear and dodges its swing
-He tries to climb, only to be slammed into the ground by botched air stair spell (cheers Catkin)
-The bear hears this
-But Naomi swoops in and grabs Gowyn, flying them out
-The bear is… still a tad blind, but the spell is fading
-We make it to a ledge on the east wall

-Progression!
-We find a group camped out playing a dice game
-“The Game of 5” guess the number that isn’t rolled
-GAMBLING GAMBLING GAMBLING
-Catkin, Gowyn, and Naomi put in 10 coins
-Gowyn and Naomi tentativly agree to split their winnings if one of them wins
-Naomi wins!
-Catkin throws them 5 coins and we leave
-Naomi gives back Gowan’s stake and not a coin more (Gowyn will remember this)

-Onwards!
-Naomi finds an alternative path!
-(Transition from difficult to normal terrain - we are moving faster!)

-Tally-ho!
-Another crossroads
-We see footprints down one of the paths… recent ones
-Rory Sprints
-Rory catches up to Mateo
-Rory Catches Mateo when he flees and sits on him
-Naomi goes for the slap
-It shuts him right up
-“Will you get off me?”
-Turns out the magical British Museum hired him to lose us in the forest
-We have been swindled- Malco Iraña sent us to die so he could keep our deposits
-We let him go with a parting Slap

-One more move before night
-Rory finds a nice spot to camp
-Also spots a… thing
-A Peryton!
-We camp
-Eat and drink
-Rory is lookout, we are all back to full
-Also he makes jewellery

-Gowyn wakes up Naomi with cold a breathe in their ear

-We immediately hit another crossroad and head south
-Naomi spots a peryton like Rory did!

-We can go north or west. West.
-We continue on and Catkin spots a… familiar puppy?
-Naomi and Rory also see something- Rory chases down… nothing?

-We reach a… suspiciously similar crossroads- We can go north or west.
-North
-The path back is now a wall
-Ginger gets bubbled
-Gowyn spots a message on the wall- “Good luck on your advetures- Matteo”
-The bubble is shrinking
-There is a complicated enchantment
-RIDDLE
-TIMED
-Gowyn slows the bubble with cold magic
-“I am the beginning of good and the end of Kalmia. Someone that no one can be happy without. I am always in fear, but also in bravery. You will find me in the dark, not in the sun. I am not you, you are.”

-We solve the riddle without killing Ginger

-We reach a high point and see we were going in a circle
-We move forwards and find a spring. We stop to refill our water

-We march towards our fates

-Rory deems the mystery fluid to be safe enough
-Rory drinks… all of it? And does not notice anything immediately wrong
-We make camp, eat, drink.

-Time waits for no-one
-We head east- turns out there was just a big rock blocking our view of Acacia Town, it’s literally right *there*
-Also there’s another identical mystery potion
